So a cease and desist letter was sent to get them to stop their behavior.

The parents' responses are usually about how they're not medically able to visit the property (and don't communicate with the son) and something ambiguous to buy more time like, "we'll think about what we can do."  

No medical, retirement or other benefits included.

@Sophia Villebro I've only seen the professional designation of the P in PLLC in like law, accounting or medical/health firms.I agree with Account Closed in that it sounds unnecessary.   

It rarely has anything to do with the "fault" of the medical professional.
