If not a phone-number: and call them.Check HUD's website for the FMR (Fair Market Rent) for your area/zipcode.And I would first talk with your neighbor landlords who use Section 8 for feedback (about both HA and local tenants): hint, you want to talk with somebody doing this for at least 4 years.Who knows,... maybe you pick up some units from a tired landlord, get handymans phone#'s, or just get in a working relations when you send each other the good tenants...But warning: this is not something for newbies/passive investing.

As that endeavor is very sales and marketing driven.. and one needs to week through a ton of tire kickers to find the for real buyers.. 

Her next door neighbor happened to see my letter and wanted to see if we could buy her property as well because she is tired if being a landlord.

If you do not know your credit score, there are free services on the internet to look that up.Please send me a copy of that report if you wish to be considered further.If you meet the above criteria, I would be happy to send you an application and schedule a showing of the property.That usually weeds out 3/4 of the tire kickers.Most of my tenants text me. 

Hello Everyone, I am a college student at the University of Wyoming that is tired of not taking actions on my goals, so this post is basically a PSA for any other person around the Laramie or NOCO area that is interested in getting to know others starting in real estate or those who are willing to be a conversation partner for those with less experience in exchange for providing value in some way.

Work you sphere of influence and see if there is anyone (tired landlord?)

Thousands of dollars on marketing budgets and lots of conversations with tire kickers are a minimum.

I'm tired of playing speed date with sponsors only to never be contacted with any deals as a non-accredited investor. 

I experienced a time when I could not get access to properties because owners were tired of idiots with lowball offers.

It doesn't seem like you're a time-waster or tire kicker so find someone new.
