I'd love to bus the problem somewhere else but homeless like to live in FL, in NYC you can get them to agree to get on a bus to FL (especially in the winter).I'm Ok with my 5 unit, I got it cheap enough so I think it was a good buy.

So I guess, with holidays and weekends and me not knowing what to do and worrying about if I'm transferring all this money to God who knows where it probably took twice as long but kudos to those that can setup all this up in 3-4 weeks.
