At that point, we had to order a payoff through the trustee instead of the bank, and get that to title, then make sure that title wired the money ASAP so the bank would remove the property from auction.Its a highly time consuming and stressful situation, anywhere within 2 weeks of the auction date.

@Stephen Masek I agree that government and consumer debt should be curtailed, but "credit" does have a place in business.

If they were to do so it would open them up to possible fines from the CFPB for not following consumer lending practices. 

Heather, your product may be fantastic, but please do not come on the forums pretending to be a consumer recommending a product that you have benefited from.  

She does not have much insight on the market and doesnt offer much as to what the consumer is looking for.
