My plan is that outside of my 60 hour work week I will view properties and analyze deals on the weekends just to increase my knowledge and understand what a good deal really looks like in my area.

It's pricey to become a student, but his weekend events are affordable, and you can learn quite a bit and decide whether such a program is for you.

Nearby hiking, river etc. but probably it needs to be close enough to the city for a weekend to make it work.

I would like to do BRRR eventually, BUT thinking a pure rental property would be good enough to start off with.Ultimately, I plan on doing a weekend trip, or trips, to explore the cities and neighborhoods (Once things settle down of course!).

Still wiping the egg of my face...... and I'll be eating humble pie all weekend.  

This BRRR will have minor reno with demo starting this weekend in the bathrooms, electrician taking a look at panels (precautionary step), flooring, trim, spackel and paint Monday.
