Build a web page for both motivated sellers and motivated buyers.

I would look for a pre existing performing (good payment history) note from a bank or CU or a web company platform that services this niche.

But we just couldn't change the fact that traffic noise was so loud, so we decided to take the conservative route instead of taking on a big remodeling project, then trying to sell it in the middle of an Omaha winter. 

Conveniently located in the center of Albany on Solano Ave, a busy area with very high foot traffic, amid lots of business, Albany Twin Cinema, Albany Sauna, offices, restaurants, Nail shops, coffee shops and unique stores.

I think building the or creating the site is the easy part...how do you drive traffic to it. 

In Las Vegas we've been getting a lot of traffic moving here from California.
