Do you need something bigger for renovations or a gas saver? 

Think of how many gas stations there are and we will need that many places to charge the batteries.

I am going on two years of not buying GAS  love it..  

One 2 unit building we added 2 new gas boilers and 2 new gas hot water heaters.

I check or have someone else verify what the parking situation is, how many electric and gas meters there are, what the condition of the exterior is, etc., etc.Asking sellers questions is purely for entertainment purposes and to show that I'm interested.

The lease is for the right to drill and produce oil/gas from the land.

I put ten year sealed battery smoke alarms (and CO if there is gas) now. 

We have 7 units across 3 properties right now and varying accounts for each one - Gas, Electric, Water, Trash, Sewage.

Per my calculation (without gas expenses, which I assume will be on you) you will have $11k/year or $924/mo profit from entire complex.  

I thought that was nuts, ignored it and had it down to under $3k after a new gas boiler and securing the thermostat.
