@Dan Carlini I am sure that in a city of 200K that their maybe and probably is some reliable contractors I am not speaking in absolutes but in general (from my experience)  80-95% of the contractors in Windsor are Unreliable, Unprofessional, or both......Forward your contact info and schedule maybe we will work together in the future...Thank you

I've been using Elance for years and I've been able to find a web master and a VA on the site who I still work with on a regular basis (overall, I've probably used Elance for 15+ projects)...the site makes it very easy to track time, hire, view proposals, and pay your contractors.

This place is absolutely one of my favorite sites on the web as so much of what I know has come from this site.

Find their web site and then search around and you may be able to find the text of their laws.That said, that's incomplete.

Coastal funding gives those POF letters to anyone who fills out a form on their web site (according to other posters), so the bank is going to know its worthless.

Don't ever think you can "save" on realtor commissions with FSBO sign, and a web ad.If you do things right you will have made a profit.
