Your place reads dark with all of the ceiling wood- I don't think you had professional photos taken indoors? 

I'd like to think most people are kind and would give me the time of day but from their prospective I'm just some 19yo kid who's going to waste their time.

@Chris DoucetteIf it sounds to good to be true....It's possible they are just quoting you their P&I payment, when you are thinking they are quoting you principle, interest, taxes, and insurance.

For my money and having had a number of properties there I think that FL is too boom/bust.

Louis are good markets, but I think that they’re already saturated with investors. also curious about finding out how many vouchers are ready given out.
