I'm very interested in learning about buy and hold investing I would like to start investing as soon a I can to jump start my career.

Hello BPers,For all the seasoned real estate investors out there, I have two questions:1) How do you have conversations with family during the holiday's regarding your real estate investing career?

This young lady was going to college and had clear career goals.

In 2016, it will be my only business/career.  

I work with many investors and i send them deals. and they say they are serious and may do one or two flips a year. how do i find big time investors where they do this for a career?

Sounds like you already have a great start to your investing career.  

I'm ready for a change in my career, and interested in  homes and land.

Initially I began my investing career looking into fix and flips, then shifted my attention to the Notes side of the business.

I'm still not clear on that just yet.I do like the group as I have met some really nice people from various points in their RE career.

What was the toughest obstacle you overcame to pursue an investing, or Real Estate career?
