The area I prefer to invest in is near a big university, very limited inventory and in high demand for renting (so many investors present). 

Of course, that would simply be a matter of taste. 

Hello BP,I was wondering if any one around the RGV (Rio Grande Valley) preferably in the Brownsville, TX area new of a good title company and a RE Attorney.

There was an 8% preferred return to the investors as well. 

In retrospect, I would have preferred to not claim these expenses against my income and simply pay the higher tax bill, than to get a tax deduction and reduce my mortgage qualification amount by a decent amount.  

The ones that do know we exist have a bad taste in their mouth so I would make sure people saw me as a savior instead of a leech.

Especially since I'm investing in KC from out of state, I prefer properties near very good schools (like in Blue Springs), which should keep my house values stable if not appreciate slightly more than ones in less desirable neighborhoods.

There are several changes taking place at VRBO - which I do prefer over Airbnb.  

If it's a lender we know nothing about, they strongly encourage the buyer to at least do a phone application with our preferred lender so we know that the buyer is good.For this particular property - make sure you have fantastic pictures, reduce the price to your contracted price, and talk about that in the descriptions.  

Of course, preferably if I could buy the home at right price then I would but this is for owners who are not realistic about their selling price.Thanks in advance.Mark
