When I installed cable TV years ago and I or my co-workers would wine about working 6 days a week and 12 hours a day almost year round, my boss would say "If you're not making money, your spending money".

We are all tempted by these sweet deals, you know, the 6 dome lights for $4.99 and $10.99 faucets! 

in much the same manner as sports stars endorse NIke  and in the wine business  same thing..

Does anyone put out a bottle of wine for guests? 

We have a short but sweet "heres our favorite places" type book, printed out with small blurbs of why my wife or I like them.

The location and layout of the property was incredible - right in wine country, flooded with thousands of tourists each year for apple season, an hour from Lake Tahoe and Sacramento, close to the highway, right down the street from the grocery store, and so many outdoorsy things to do around the area.
