We have looked into renting commercial space and have been turned away by everyone and have looked into leasing a commercial store/kitchen of our own.

I don't usually do anything, but my wife went to the dollar store and put together a simple housewarming basket for each of them.

I currently have an eBay store where I buy and sell apple products and turn a profit so I already have the "buy low, sell high" mentality.

I don't think there is an area where someone does not need extra space to store stuff, cars, trucks, motorcycles etc...and especially in the colder or wet climates.Thanks,matt

You can buy something that measures those in garden centers and big box stores.

We have a 30 x 40 shop for him to store his tools and build/repair as needed for his work. 2) No kids, so don't have to worry about an additional vehicle now or in the future.3) As a female, bigger garage would by my husband's thing, not mine.  

She does not have to upgrade to impact; she can change all the windows with non-impact and add hurricane shutters very inexpensively (relatively), but will need a location to store them and it can be a hassle in the event of a storm.

I usually don't have extra sheet rock laying around, so I go to Home Depot or any hardware store and by a metal mesh patch. 

Just because a guy can build a retail store or shopping mall doesn't mean he's a good fit for a rehab, or custom home, or duplex.
