In short, I want to create enough passive income (as quickly as possible) in order to become financially free; my core objective is to continue and fund the social work I have done in the past through social entrepreneurship ventures, and enact my life mission statement of increasing the standard of living for as many people as possible. 

Also, focus on your Why and avoid shiny object syndrome.

I guess if for some crazy reason the buyers objective is to avoid legal ownership, this fits the bill.

@Patrick@Patrick Reisinger I'm asking the same question - It depends on what the objective is - For me, I want asset protection, anonymity and figure out the best tax shelter -here is a great podcast that shed some light for me.

Not unless the tenant has it tested and it finds mold do you hire your own specialist to test it.

It's just the fact that he doesn't have a SSN so I don't believe discrimination applies in this case since it's objective.
