When I lived there in the 90's, Rio Rancho was the smoking hot place to buy.

I have a mid-high end house I've had in a popular area in an allegedly hot market, but it's unsold after 5 months, and I'd love some fresh eyes for a second opinion.Are there any flippers in the area that would be willing to spend an hour (paid) to give their tips to help move it? 

Subdividing lots is hot in my area especially downtown. 

The people you get to know at these meetings will teach you the vocabulary, the hot markets in your area, what vendors to use (attorneys, contractors, subs, title companies, lenders, etc.). 

The fact they are complaining online might be an indication the property manager dealt with them properly so be sure to ask the manager for their side of the story.I hope this basic guide helps.

Mobile homes with land seem to be on the high side; those without/need moving and rehabbing; yes there are tons of mobile homes around here.Can a person work on wholesaling virtually to different parts of the country? 

Side-skirting booking engines from the big players like Travelclick and Synxis would be a huge money saver.  

On the north side you can expect a $600k price range
