After a over 200 calls discussions with investors via phone calls, I discovered that a notable portion of my time is spent reprogramming bad money habits created by the way we were raised.

Keep is short and to the point. 

But if your manager is falling short on even one of the issues above, it is them not you.However, if your manager is doing everything above (I mean really doing it) then the pricing strategy may need to be considered.  

Long story short, you cant have a tight budget to do conventional.. it has to REALLY pencil.

That said, after spending a few days on the forums here on BiggerPockets I have gone back and analyzed those properties and I don't love what I discovered!  

First two times payment was made shortly after and additional fees paid.

I believe I have gotten alot done in a short amount of time without an actual in-person mentor.

It's allowed me to become intimately familiar with what types of investments (SFR, MFR, commercial, short-term) will get me to my goals and how each will impact my timeline.

Here is what I'm wondering about - what kind of an effect will Irma have on the RE market in that area, as well as Florida in general (1) in the short term, meaning today to 1-2 months out AND (2) longer term over the next 6+ months?  

HI BP, I want to borrow some funds off of my Dad for a quick rehab but he's new to the lending game and I've never borrowed short term before so we're both curious as to what's the norm for this type of loan?
