Condominiums are a tough asset class to make money with over a long period of time.

You will have something break (or several things in a short period of time) or tenants to break their lease, leave a mess, don't pay their rent; but those things don't happen all of the time. 

I can't get anyone to even call me back, now they claim I'm past the trial period.

My goal for the new year is to turn my current home into my first short-term rental property.
