I am not longer motivated to be a loan officer in an office from 9-6.

Volatility and risk in the product type coupled with an economic slowdown... investors just aren't and won't be looking to place capital in the retail sector when other areas like multifamily and office remain hot. 

We didn’t kick it into higher gear until I left my job and became motivated to replace my salary.  

He has the property listed with a bad broker who hasn't done anything right by him, so I'd assume he can just delist the property, and sell the company instead, and could also save himself from paying 6% to someone who has done nothing but keep lowering the price for him in the year he has been trying to sell it.Would this mean there is no county-recorded sales transaction, since the entity which owns the property would remain XYZ?

Just so that I'm clear on a subject to, the loan remains in owners name, the deed would be signed over to myself.

Plus, I like my little remaining time and aren't looking to get into a giant time-suck. 

His interview with Rod Khleif I thought was insightful and motivational.

I think any motivation from a seller is good for an investor but you still want to make sure they win too.

I also manage my own stock portfolio, which has steadily remained profitable.
