I'm assuming we will see an uptick in both locations for a short period while the displaced individuals look for temporary housing until insurance can fix their properties.

When we mention that we want to make 'low-ball' (albeit carefully calculated with investing in mind) offers and lots of them we don't get the hungry, enthusiastic response we have been looking for haha.Multiple episodes of the BP podcasts have individuals who have casually mentioned getting licensed like it's no big deal.  

Were looking to connect with like minded individuals and gain knowledge and guidance.

Third question, what are the rules on kicking out the type of individual that I have previously mentioned, should issues arise?

@Zachary Miller individual investors are now able to use a service like Show Mojo or Tenant Turner that can help you with the leasing process, scheduling, and marketing out to the 20-30 sites you want to me on.

This looks like a motivated group! 

This is a very interesting topic, I'm dealing with it more and more at my day job...You'll be surprised some hackers would rather target a small business or individual rather than big companies.

Normally rent to own is for motivated sellers and is not the best for the seller/owner, which is you.

Prices are high but if you find an income producing product you'll be fine.
