In my opinion, right now, there seems to be a surplus of inventory for sale however, the prices are set a little high.

2024 has a lot of opportunities for newbies, but finding the right area can definitely feel overwhelming.

So right now its over built with way to much inventory and now prices are falling HARD wait. your saying home prices can go down?

I'd say it depends on your price per night and budget to build it out. 

My price seems to be comparable to other listings with similar amenities.

It has become so big that customer support is almost nonexistent unless you pay for the highest tier of pricing.

Their coaching program pricing appears to be reasonable compared to other programs, that lures you in then upsells participants to their 50-60K packages.
