Or if she has an ITIN get that but if you run an ssn or itin it only picks up US issues, not international.

Also, does the basement have the legal height you can run into underpinning and digging out the basement (Some moving parts - there could be piping in the basement floor, etc.)Lastly, If you finish the basement and not approved and permits pulled correctly.

I am waiting to get my final permits from DCRA and about to do underpinning on the row house in Brookland, as I am converting the basement to the one bedroom apartment with the front dig out for the separate apartment entrance.

The property is 2 minutes from our house so that’s no issues for us to clean.  

Have them perform specific tasks and issue invoices that the LLC would pay.
