I'd like to firstly say congratulations on all your hard work and success.I would only start a property management company if it's something you're passionate about, rather than for monetary purposes.I personally think you'll earn more money focusing on investing and flips, then you ever would on a measly 10% rental commission.Property management is mostly about dealing with tenant complaints, repairs, chasing tenants for rent and evictions.

While he has become a close friend I don't think he is actually passionate about flipping but really just wants the extra income.

Going head-to-head at auction is something that is not in my skill set and I don't have a passion for learning the auction dance.
