Hey @Erica Lee, I do not own a property there but have spent a lot of time in the area as well as Montana in general and am pretty familiar with the market.Prices are quite high in the general area close to the park.

@Michael Lee  just to clarify, lets say a seller says they want to sell their home and they need cash quickly, am I able to offer them a price myself and then flip that contract?
