Find a lender who likes medium sized commercial real estate loans, not all banks have the same goals. 

It is doubtful that appreciation will allow us to get our money back out in the near or medium term.

Hello BP,I'm seeking recommendations for a reputable General Contractor or Project Manager to manage a medium sized rehab in St Clair, Indianapolis. 

I plan to phone interview them and make my final decision in the coming weeks when we fly out to the house to meet with the top candidates#2  Figure out if I want to do light rehab - paint/carpet vs. medium rehab (old 1997 kitchen that needs new countertop, oven-range, and new sink)#3 Timing.  

I am looking for ideas on the different mediums to use to buy more investment property like auctions etc.
