While we know the general facts and circumstances, and I remind all that probste laws are state specific and even those statutes can be affected by local rules of court procedurally, we don't know the case. 

I just don't know the procedure if you have a 'free and clear title' (minus the tax items), and the title with personal liens against it.

The case manager stated i will not get October rent as they cant justify paying for someone who doesn't live in the unit.Do i have to follow abandonment procedure or since he told his case manage he skipped, can I just clean out and move on?  

They may have to massage their report quite a bit, but it can and does happen.I'll post some encouragement in a little bit.

Be sure to ask questions about any fees that are charged or what their procedure is for terminating management if you are not happy or if you sell the home.

It was my understanding this is standard procedure.
