I have driven for dollars in the past and that seems to work pretty well but I think sending out mass flyers will work better.

However, my gut feeling told me the buyer might play tricks. 

I'm not an accountant (and I don't play one on tv)  I have 37 doors all in 1 LLC,  all run out of 1 LLC checking account.  

We could then make a cash for keys offer and play out the eviction process, if it wasn't accepted.What I don't know is how tough it's going to be to evict this woman, if she doesn't accept the cash for keys.  

And heights mostly played out or too expensive.

I'm curious to see if you find a path to part ways and how that situation played out so I can learn from this experience.

I am hoping my question will clarify the role that the foreclosure trustee/attorney plays in the foreclosure process.

Just pointing out intrinsic values may play in opportunity costs.
