Have you considered the Wisconsin, Michigan and other northern states lake country areas?

I live in Salt Lake City where the housing market is ridiculously expensive and not really practical for me to get into.

They also treat quarterly to eliminate the spiders and such.The house is on a lake surrounded by woods.

This worked great at or lake house to keep doors shut.

Find a place on a lake close to a ski area or snowmobile trails.

For the same price, and often less - sometimes much less, you can get a 2500-3500 square foot 3-5 bedroom house with private pool, fenced yard, parking garage on a lake.  

We are in the upstate of SC so we have lots of hiking, waterfalls, and large lakes within 20 min of this property.We know it’s far from a lake property but just wondering if short term would beat out long term.

My newest project is a major rehab but it has an amazing lake view, is in a great area and is less than a mile to the regional hospital (I get a lot of interest from traveling nurses) to help fill the off season.
