If they are upgraded with recent floor coverings, kitchen upgrades, new windows etc.

Like a grandma house of the probate, just needs a new kitchen.  

When in the rehabbing process, what are some good floor material, material for cabinets, shelves and kitchen applainces etc.

BP should probably show the ratio of posts to votes, we have some newbies doing very well with their comments and just being an old timer isn't that big of a deal, IMHO.

Many have a kitchen down there, too.Concrete walls can be cut to allow larger windows.  

While I don't know what the current condition of your home is, it may be possible to add value by upgrading the kitchen and existing bathroom.

Hallways, kitchens, baths get semi-gloss always.  

They would rather be in their trucks, driving around town looking at deals, meeting with sellers, sitting at the seller’s kitchen table, making offers, chasing the deal.

There are always kitchen items that are maintenance hassles. 

And also, if they can tell that you put in new kitchen cabs and counters, they will make the new kitchen meet the current codes with regards to outlets, even if you didn't change the kitchen layout one inch.
