Before this job I was a processor for a broker that dealt with subprime and my initial thinking was to do an 80/20 on a 2-4 family residence and have the tenants pay the mortgage and found some areas that it seems do-able.

In fact I just verified that win 2k also has this feature in it and I believe windows 98 did as well but you had to buy software for 98 and I used to have one called e-communicate and a simple one called winfax I think that was free.

This is mostly for SEO, search engine optimization.I would recommend this approach - to use your name, or maybe just initials, but to use good key words and city in it as well, so when your area is searched, your domain will be more likely to appear higher in the results.
