One is “human-centered design,” which incorporates ideas for creating group and private spaces, bringing elements of nature into the environment, and, in general, creating spaces that are both useful and comfortable.

Thank you for your insight, I will definitely incorporate your ideas, especially the one regarding making every day the same.

Although it is a tough time to travel I think that physically visiting each market would make sense to get a better feel and allow you to meet some local resources. 

What will prevent that is putting the proper contractual & physical controls in place.

I know if I read someone else post like this I would say the same thing, it was just one of those things that was going great and felt like I was growing some good relationships until this whole MLM thing got incorporated so it messes with your head!

To be clear, don't physically look at them, just look at pics, look at what "good" condition houses in that neighborhood look like, and see how long they take to sell. 

Yes some states have slightly more favorable LLC laws (no annual fees or certifications, less stringent physical office requirements, service laws, etc), but I generally think the logistical headaches of maintaining a foreign LLC just aren't worth the slight procedural favorability.
