The downside is that the property is landlocked...there's a right of way driveway that is shared with another lot for access.

Has anyone dealt with a right-of-way access before?

Then that will give you access to their data base of available properties and all the property info. 

With the improvements increasing the value of the property, I'm pretty sure I could sell i today for $140-145k, and make a few more bucks.... but as the comments say, the property values keep going up in Denton, so I'll continue riding that wave for now.

When looking at property value I tend to see either value of improvement or valued improvement.

I’d like to move into Multifamily somewhere (likely not in DC area bc the prices are too high), and there are definitely multiple ways to get access to that equity to do so.Thoughts?
