I don't know but I will say that my neighbor who also is a landlord and rents the house next door to one of my rentals He is renting cod 1100And I am renting for 800And he says that I am messing up the market That is not the first time I heard thatAlso on my Decatur prop Most houses are renting at about 850-1000Even section 8 told me that 900 is a good value (currently im renting 700 on that Decatur prop)My other duplex Is 625 With washer dryersThe house down the block identical is 795I don't have mortgages so I can still maintain profitability But lately I am realizing that I am slowing my growthSo that is one way if you can't do improvements like you want to because you aren't flush with cash that can harm the mRke t Not sure how else since comps are so erratic when it comes to rentals So I am really sure hat I am

Turns out they were a FRAUD AND SCAMMER wanting advance points, etc. $1000 says I would never get a loan and NEVER see my money again.

It's not exactly uncommon for there to be fraud going on, a real world example I have seen being board members exempting themselves from dues as compensation for "working" for the hoa without disclosing that to the hoa members.Most hoa's keep track of the owner to renter occupied ratio as there are some loan underwriting rules that require it.You want to review the hoa rules in full for other provisions that would affect your numbers too.

The asking price is 275k but looking more on the website there was an identical building a block over that recently sold for 170k (at least that’s what Zillow says in the recently sold section).

yes you should definitely contact the mortgage company because you won't want to be held accountable for mortgage fraud due to the circumstances of you relocating because of your job is shouldn't really be a problem
