Also, we have tremendous job growth in the area that should keep our housing market strong!

Control and safety are good but sometimes growth requires taking risk. 

Failure for the sake of growth is an option I am fine with.

That seems like an impossible task.

Yes I can do alot of stuff around the house but why do tasks like sheetrock, paint and trim when I could easily hire those tasks out and be billing my plumbing clients to leverage my time better. 

All are fantastic and have been impactful for me and my personal growth in real estate.
