I have looked into ways to quiet the noise, water fountain, speakers on deck, possibly enclosing the deck with windows (though its not very attractive). 

I'm curious, in that Battery Park area you referenced, can you hear noise from the raceway at all? 

I'm 25 yrs old and I'm all for grinding for my dreams and the lifestyle me and my family deserve!

I'm looking for an agent that will hustle and grind just as much as I will (other than on Christmas) haha :)There will be many offers made and many homes purchased.

Honestly, I have a tremendous amount of respect for wholesalers, its a tough business that is truly a grind.

We have enough noise running a business and should filter out as much as possible.

My office is on the first floor - this conference room is on the 3rd floor and used by the entire office building.I've used it before for casual meetings and it's great since there won't ever be a seating issue or any noise issues like a public establishment could have - plus there won't be any business owners "expecting" us to buy food or drinks while we are using their conference room.If anything, we can try it out once and if we don't like it - no biggie and we can go somewhere else.Friday for me before 2 pm are good.

Starting out is the hardest part just keep grinding.
