I saw there was a small 7 foot parallel line easement granted from my property to the neighbors on one side of the house.I asked the sellers and apparently, a small part of the neighbors driveway when built crossed over into the property i am looking at buying.

erie is kind of like Pittsburgh.. you can be in a nice middle class block with people who take good care of their homes with green yards and the white picket fence .. and then drive a few blocks away and be in a area that looks like Detroit .
