I can’t stress how vital our agent has been to the process.We’ll see the property in person for the first time the day we’re fly out there to close on the property and then we’re planning on staying there for 4-5 days to get it set up.again this is our first experience and we’re still in the process so take it for what it’s worth, but so far so good.

There are spectrums, but a truly quantifiable data point is not available for risk, and overall investor outlook can influence the perception of risk, i.e. driving feels safe for most because we do it all the time, yet flying may feel scary because in the rare occurrence that a plane goes down, it is often news around the world.But looking at leverage, a 50% LTV deal may not yield returns that many investors are seeking, even though it might be considered very safe.

I can get see about getting the source if needed, but I was informed by a pest control company themselves that termites do not live in Michigan and that you are most likely encountering carpenter ants or flying ants.
