NO agent in their right mind would give this out.. they could lose thier RE licensee plus in our market its a 20k fine.RE license is basically easy to get if you can't study and pass the test then you have bigger issues.. and if you can't afford the 1k or so a year to maintain it .. then this is probably not the industry for that person as well.Poor advice to have someone just give out their MLS code

Until you factor in opportunity costs as you'd have to pass on potentially great deals because you've tied up your cash in 1 deal.

A renter is also protected from an owner who tries to pass property liability on to them.  

I hate to say but if something sounds too good to be true it usually is I'd be really careful get an inspection done see if it passes good luck

I just passed the NYREI school & NY state RE salespersons tests and have the required textbook from the course that I no longer need.  

PASSES SECTION 8, Use & Occupancy, Rental Registered and renting for $1200, I will refinance out of it and get a conventional loan.  

Save what you can, and you will be in a great position in 2 years.Just like everything in life, we are continuously learning and developing, with each passing year.
