For the first few, I would stand in a corner with a drink and watch. 

I have built a website tested one fb campaign that didn't have much success mainly because I was learning how to use it for the first time and have no idea what I am doing except for watching YouTube University - (I did not advertise as thoroughly as I should have with updating all the fb page info also) and have posted on craigslist and received one call from a non motivated seller looking to just get an evaluation of his property's worth.

This is one of the reasons that I have really enjoyed the Bigger Pockets community.

I enjoy investing in TK OOS.

The one thing I really don’t want to do is pay thousands of dollars to become one , also I enjoy my current career and am afraid I would not enjoy being a RE agent.

Saving money for my first investment is like watching grass grow.

I have been watching the Kettering area for a while and they have an abundance of 90-120k homes with rent being over 1k in general for a sfh.

All of them have enjoyed a high degree of success in their chosen market.

I really enjoyed doing this and I am currently in the process of bringing my partner over from London to live here with me (we have been together for almost 7 years).
