Has anyone used a offshore VA and generated good effects?  If so, do you have any lessons learned?

That might have been a big pitfall in starting this business.So based on that, I thought I should seek some advice, assistance, etc.

I charge a flat fee from buyers to assist them with wholesale deals in West Michigan and have wholesalers from Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Muskegon and other areas nearby just sending me their deals so I can push them out to my network of buyers.   

I consistently see double digit cap rates and COC returns.
