As @Upen was referring to I didn’t have the interest correct in my analysis due to lack of knowledge of the higher interest rates for portfolio loans compared with owner occupied primary mortgages.

You should contact them directly as I do not know all of the details for each.

Nobody can tell you if the property is worth the investment without more detail.

Your Real Estate Broker should be working in your best interest the entire time and should be able to give you a Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) prior to putting an offer in, at the very least.

He likes the idea of us buying his home and renting it, basically do he can have nothing to do with the details.

He did everything on an iPad, took pictures as he inspected/found issues, and compiled everything into a very detailed report.The second inspection was done on a property that I purchased long distance.
