This is an expansion of a product already available and the expansion is designed to compete with other lenders who have the same product ALREADY in place in those areas. also as @Bill F. mentioned the GFC wasn't because subprime as much because a supercharged derivative market that attached itself to it. anything can be a doomsday predictor if you want it to be, which this forum loves to do 2-3 times a week#theskyisnotfalling

Thanks @Kyle Smith I would like to recommend that you focus on 1-2 locations...how would you know what is a good deal and if its a good area if you take the shotgun approach...
