Absentee Owners, Abandoned Properties, Probate, Tax Delinquent, Expired Listings, etcI'm in New York City and I already asked a few lawyers and realtors for leads but they didn't know.We are going to court this week to find out more information, I'm just not sure if we can find all lists around one place/department or there are different offices for each category.2.

Finally got that released after going up the chain 4 layers deep and wasting at least 4 hours of my time...Anyway, I deal with those guys a lot, so have plenty of horror stories...Back to the point, there is going to be an REO or loss mitigation department of some sort somewhere with the info, trying to get anyone at the bank to figure out who has what in what department is going to be tough.
