One trip out of state is going to cost you $1K when you add in flights, hotel, rental car, food, etc.

Hey BP, Just wondering what your opinions are about trees that are allowed to grow over or around the house, I have been going on a daily walk around different neighborhoods checking out houses and I've been seeing many places that the owners have trees next to their house and their gutters are packed full of leaves, ect plus some of the house, the trees block half the house from view.

My other debts include493 Jeep 530 housing and bills 73 phone(tried to lower they won't let me)74 insurance(as low as I can get)140 gas (looking into a bike)160 (approximately for food)350 debt(pay high to get it away faster)50 health care I think that is it.

I love the daily consistent action and am going to take some of those own ideas for my own daily/weekly/monthly action items.  

@Antonio Bird - no it is not difficult if you learn from people that do it daily or weekly.

We stayed ahead of schedule by staying in communication with the trades and checking on the project daily.

Nice job & good catch thinking outside the box per se.We have a local woman who has an seasonal RV/Trailer park & she picked up several of the Amish cottage style sheds rehabbed them & rented them on a daily/weekly basis as 'cabins'.
