Hi Fellow BP Fans!

I love this time of year to step back and analyze how the past year was and get fired up for the next.  What is one real estate goal you have for 2022 and what are the detailed action items you've created to help achieve it?

Looking forward to learning from you!

Hey Brad,

My goal going into 2022 is to cash flow $500/month on rentals.  I don't care how many units but rather the money coming in.  I plan on doing this through partnerships and through my own capital investing out of state.

Although most likely not happening, option 2 might be to convert my current and second house hack into a rental and buy a new primary residence.  Because I'm paying so little in comparison for Los Angeles, chances are I would stay.

Good luck with your goals!
