I am looking to find wholesalers who operate in the Orange County, CA area.

I was fortunate enough to purchase it about a decade ago at the bottom of the recession and it was my primary residence until about two years ago, when I rented it out and moved back in with my aging mother in Orange County.

Although my license will be under someone soon, and I intend to run some property management out my way, that may be a bit more of a trek than we intend to make... so having some contacts there to handle that aspect may be crucial.
