To aggravated the matters even more, in the rare case whereby a buyer finds a fsbo on Zillow, the lising points the potential buyer to a realtor – owner’s contact information is completely obscured while a realtor’s info is as highlighted as possible at the very top of the page, so concomitantly and in a subliminal way the page containing the fsbo listing implies to the potential buyer that he/she needs a realtor.

As I found this property I wanted to see if anyone had experience with creative/ sellers financing and was seeing if I could get in contact with anyone with experience thank you!

I have tried to contact several attorneys and I have not been able to find one that is interested in the case because I don’t believe the contractor has money.But I definitely don’t want him doing this to anyone else.

This info is sometimes available via ancillary MLS systems (such as REALIST), or you can do an old fashioned public records search for mortgages.

Interesting info, but trying to beat the millions in budget that AirBNB and VRBO spend to attract customers is really tough.

Based on the limited info - back of the napkin says not to go any further on the duplex you're looking at unless you have deep pockets to carry it while you wait for the capital gain.
