Right now, I see a lot of opportunities to increase credibility on your Our Company page and your Reviews page.

I started out as a GC so there is a definite advantage there but I still hired my own company to build for me as the developer so the company made a profit and I made a profit as the developer/investor.

I guess where you guys live, it is not required to have a Mold Remediation Company do the work?

They had a separate test done by another company which also detected some mold.

So, even if you can't get the zone, you can still get rates from a lot of companies. 

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

So now I'm vetting STR PM companies in order to monetize this consistent opportunity. 

They are a really unethical company.

I say that if you're going to invest out of state then you need some handyman/contracts or even property management company in that area.

If I can recommend anything (and everybody is entitled to their own opinion) I would recommend finding a traditional brick and mortar brokerage where you have access to a mentor, company paid resources, company name recognition, etc.
