I'm a contractor and have worked in commercial contracting for 20 years and know what it takes to get jobs started and finished.

If there is no reliability then investing in ETFs and mutual funds would be more hassle free and viable.

Last 3 trips for me  Paris ,  Tel Aviv and lisbon  since I had premier status I got upgraded for free to suites still while using my points..

I would get an attorney involved and ask about the ramifications of keeping it.The place was sold free-and-clear.
