Fiberglass easy to relace last 10+years easier to clean than grout and it' cheaper what I've seen a lot of is fiberglass tub shower in the 2nd bath and nice tiled shower in the master because the decision maker tenant or buyer looks at where they're going to be showering who cares about the 2nd bath

If you're doing enough work to get a few individual trades reasonably busy you can probably find ones that will work cheaper than if you were hiring them through a GC who would be adding their overhead and profit to the trade cost.

I actually do think it could be possible, depending on the taxes in the area I move, that, like @Sandra B stated, a car might be cheaper than the tax, haha.
