I am curious which end of the pricing spectrum did better during the downturn

Hello All,         I am currently in negotiations with spectrum cable on a internet/cable 10 year exclusivity agreement for a 233 unit complex in Ohio. 

I have a good college friend in Chicago I wanted to visit, so I decided this would be a great opportunity to check out AHP to see if I want to invest with them and maybe even enter the note space myself.As a raw recruit with zero note experience and limited investment experience, I came away with a broad understanding of how the business works and was able to hear from industry insiders about their general processes.

Bitrix24 is the best in terms of total flexibility, scope of usefulness and usability from novice to pro and broad spectrum of application from managing cold call prospect databases, employees, AM, inbound, to  managing rehabs, contractors costs, total cost of deal and everything else in-between.  

Fits right in with that demographic - probably painting with a broad brush but it takes a special breed to do those jobs. 

Look for long periods of demand, and a broad economy that attracts people year-round or close to it.

The high end of the spectrum was the company the mold tester recommended. 

As Michael said, the language is very broad but the few institutions I've seen are only doing a "check the box" method.
